Founded in 1962, DALX was specialized in vacuum cleaner processing.

In 1995, DALX acquired Turbolava, and in 2001 acquired DoDikem, a factory specializing in the production of vacuum cleaners for more than ten years, and DoDikem, a factory specializing in the production of power scrubbers and power tools, located in Italy.

In 2005, BULE acquired 65% of the shares of DLAX, becoming a cleaning equipment company and international cleaning equipment brand across China and Europe, the company is located in Pingshan New District, Shenzhen, covering an area of about 20,000 ㎡.

In October 2007, the second general meeting of shareholders was held to re-establish the development plan of TDB DALX for the next five years. TDB DALX will be branded as a new joint venture company, focusing on the Asian market and transferring the production center and R&D center to China by 2015.

In 2008, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply cleaning equipment for the Beijing Olympics

In 2009, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by the Country Garden Group.

In 2010, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply cleaning equipment for the Europe Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo.

In 2011, TDB DLAX became the designated supplier of cleaning equipment for the venues of the Shenzhen University Games.

In November 2011, TDB DLAX established its 10th Regional Operation Center in China. Since then, after-sales service, training service and sales service can cover all secondary cities in China.

In 2014, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by Kempinski Hotels, Changsha, Hu'nan.

In 2014, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by Beauty Crown Hotel, Sanya, Hainan.

In 2014, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by Baoneng Group.

In 2015, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by Hilton, Shandong.

In 2015, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by China Evergrande Group.

In 2017, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by Rosewood Sanya.

In 2018, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by OCT Group, Vanke Group and Luneng Group.

In 2019, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by JW Marriott, Shenzhen Hyatt Regency and Conrad Tianjing.

In 2019, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by Jin Jiang Group.

In 2019, TDB DLAX won a contract to supply complete cleaning solutions procured by Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. TDB DALX was awarded "The most Valuable National Brand in China's Hotel Industry, 2019"

In 2020, TDB DALX was active in social responsibility and selflessly contributed to the public interest during the Covid-19 period.
